CapFirst Group is owned and operated by Jerry. He obtained a master’s degree in business administration in 2005 and has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker and investment entrepreneur.

Jerry has also worked for several of the largest financial institutions, investment banks, and alternative investment management firms, as well as serving as a director to consult and advise public companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange & HK Stock Exchange.

As an innovative entrepreneur with 17 years of experience in the financial, real estate and consumer services industry, Jerry started up a corporate housing company providing shorter term stays for working professionals that fly into the area. They typically stay for about 1-2 weeks at the time. They do their work, and after they are done, they fly back home. We then come in and professionally clean the property out for the next group that would arrive. We maintain the home and make sure it’s always in pristine condition.
